The company accepts order cancellation before dispatching of the order.

If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us at info@scentswala.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refunds of your cancelled order may take up to 7-14 days (excluding bank holidays) to get refunded back to your original mode of payment (except Cash on Delivery).

Any Credit Card convenience fees will not be refunded as they are charged by the payment gateway.

For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

You will be only able to cancel the order as a whole and not partially, the refund will be initiated as soon as we get your confirmation for cancelling the order.
